This workshop series is a part of our 'Decoding Mobility' program that aims to build evidence-based problem-solving capacity through knowledge sharing and skilling. The first workshop under the Mobility series focuses on walking, which is fundamental to creating equitable and sustainable cities. What will you get to learn? Understanding what makes a street walkable - concepts, standards and case studies Auditing your street: mapping inhibitors and facilitators to walking along footpaths using open source tools including QGIS, Mergin and Input. Analysis and visualisation of audit data in QGIS. Open to professionals, students and active citizens. No prior knowledge of GIS required but must be proficient at using a computer.
