Visual deconstruction by layers and urban systems to better understand the city we live in and how the works
The project has been conceived to create a foundational understanding of the city that we all can live in and share. We want to distinguish the facts of what is the city and what stories we tell of our city to ourselves, so that we can create greater overlap in the constructs of idea of place, community, resources and identity. The idea is to create base maps of different facets of the city as high resolution visualizations that trigger more evidence based, fact filled conversations while also becoming a canvas to inform and envision new futures, both local and regional.
