Design of an easy to use web-portal for information dissemination to citizens, vendors and BBMP officials.

The website was dedicated to all Solid Waste Management related information and services for Bengaluru City. It aimed to provide detailed information and overview of functions and services catered by BBMP’s SWM Department for citizens, private agencies and employees. The main highlights of the website were:

• Integrated and interactive portal that focuses on data and transparency

• User friendly interface designed to guide the visitor to the information they seek

• Content based menu with various details regarding all aspects of Solid Waste Management

• Comprehensive yet simplified

• Enhanced icon based web view for correlating and ease of surfing

• Categorised section and subsections systematically placed

• Adapted to allow for three user types – Public, BBMP Officials and Vendors/Private Agencies
